"Can I stack high-cube containers?"
Standard 32-foot clear height accommodates three-level selective racking at standard pallet dimensions, high-cube intermodal containers on chassis, and mezzanine build-outs up to 14 feet without permit escalation. Your vertical cubic footage is part of your rate — we charge by the bay, not by how high you stack.
"Will my cosmetics, electronics, or food-grade inventory stay stable?"
Every bay maintains a continuous 55–75°F band with ±2° variance, 24 hours a day. Humidity is held between 40–55% RH. That covers Class A pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics (no condensation risk), beauty and personal care, and temperature-sensitive food-grade products that don't require refrigeration. If you need tighter tolerances, ask about our cold-chain annex bays.
"I need space by Friday. Am I signing a 12-month agreement?"
Minimum commitment is 30 calendar days. Month-to-month renewals auto-confirm at the 15th of each month unless you submit a reduction or exit notice. Q4 surge space can be booked with 5 business days' notice when inventory is available. No broker fees, no LOI, no personal guarantee on terms under 6 months.
"Can I receive and ship simultaneously without scheduling conflicts?"
Each bay ships with two dedicated 9×10-foot dock doors — one inbound, one outbound — with 52-inch dock levelers and dock seals included. No shared dock queuing with adjacent tenants. Yard space accommodates 53-foot trailers on both sides simultaneously. For high-frequency shippers, 24/7 dock access is included in all base rates.
"Can I run charging stations, conveyor systems, or refrigeration units?"
200-amp, 480V three-phase service per bay as standard. Sufficient for electric forklift charging banks (up to 8 simultaneous), automated conveyor sorting lines, refrigerated display cases, and packaging equipment. 400-amp upgrade available in 7 business days at select facilities. Sub-metered billing means you pay for exactly what you draw.
